Signed boldly at the conclusion by Warren G. Harding, and countersigned by Secretary of the Treasury Andrew W. Mellon. Lower left corner bears the golden Treasury Department seal. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing and soiling, and a fold across the bottom edge.
