Sawyer of the National Commission on Law Observance and Enforcement, in full: "I have your note of September 24th and appreciate your kindness in sending me Part Two of the Report of Mr. Henry S. Dennison on Federal Prohibition Enforcement." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope and by three letters directed to Hoover by Sawyer, relating to prohibition enforcement and Dennison's report.
