The de facto First Lady of South Vietnam from 1955 to 1963 as the wife of Ngo Dinh Nhu, brother and chief advisor to the bachelor president Ngo Dinh Diem. Vintage glossy 5.5 x 6.75 photo of Madame Nhu and her daughter Ngo Dinh Trac, signed in fountain pen by both. Reverse bears typed collector's notations indicating that it was signed at the Westward Ho in Phoenix, Arizona, on October 25, 1963. In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges, two ballpoint ink lines on the left edge, and surface impressions at the top from typed notations on the back. Accompanied by a candid photo of Madame Nhu taken in Phoenix.
