Twice-signed DS, one page, 5.25 x 8.25, August 17, 1951. Preliminary driver's license application for the State of California, which the 63-year-old Karloff fills out entirely in black ink and signs twice. Additionally, Karloff writes his mailing address, "12750 Mulholland Dr.," city, "Beverly Hills," and several of his physical characteristics. Another hand has added his given name in pencil, "Wm Henry Pratt." Matted and framed with glossy photo to an overall size of 19.25 x 15.25. In fine condition.
