Filipino boxer (1935-1985) who became the first Asian inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. Vintage glossy 5 x 8 photo of Elorde in a boxing pose, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint, "Aug. 5, 1965, To Mr. & Mrs. Ken Browne, From G. Elorde.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from his manager, Lope Sarreal (known as the 'Grand Old Man of Philippine Boxing,' and also a member of the Hall of Fame), and the original mailing envelope.
