Boxer who appeared on the cover of The Ring magazine in July 1944 and was at one time the world's junior welterweight champion (1917-1991). Two items: a vintage glossy 5 x 8 full-length photo of Larkin in his World's Junior Lightweight Champion belt, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint, "Best Wishes to Kenneth H. Browne and my loyal Maine friends, Sincerely, Tippy Larkin"; and a 4.5 x 5.5 season's greetings card, signed inside in fountain pen, "Tippy Larkin." In overall very good to fine condition, with scattered light surface impressions to the photo. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope for the card, addressed in Larkin's hand.
