Signed at the conclusion by Prime Minister Fidel Castro, President Manuel Urrutia, and Minister of Justice Alfredo Yabur, with all three also initialing or signing the first five pages. The blue seal and ribbon affixed at the conclusion remain intact. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light foxing, three file holes, and paper loss to the lower left corner.
