Vintage matte-finish 3.5 x 4.75 photo of Nguyen Van Thieu, signed in black felt tip. Typed notation on reverse dates the signature to 1967. In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, as well as two compliment cards from the Office of the Chairman of the National Leadership Committee.
