Contract between Orson Welles, Cole Porter, and Mercury Enterprises in regard to the "production of the play entitled Around the World," which notes that Mercury Enterprises has entered into an agreement with the Dramatists Guild of the Authors League of America, and that Welles and Porter grant the motion picture and allied rights of the play to London Film Productions, Ltd. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by both Welles and Porter. Includes various supplementary documents and correspondence, as well as an official program for the production. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
