Uncommon color 14 x 11 print commemorating the passage of the 1965 Elementary and Secondary Education Act, a cornerstone of Johnson's 'War on Poverty' and 'Great Society' plan, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To Clive Bailey—With appreciation for your commitment to education, Lyndon B. Johnson." In very good to fine condition, with light creasing in the borders.
