TLS, one page, 5.75 x 7.75, Chief of Naval Operations letterhead, April 9, 1956. Letter sending his autograph, in part: "Thank you very much for your nice letter in which you requested my autograph to add to your collection." In fine condition, with light toning, three staple holes to each side edge, and light adhesive to the perimeter of the reverse.
