President Hayes authorizes and directs the "Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the United States to a warrant for the pardon of H. Wedemeyer." Nicely double-matted and framed with an engraved portrait (bearing a facsimile signature) and medallion to an overall size of 19.75 x 17. In fine condition.
