He was the eldest grandchild of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and related to many monarchs and princes of Europe, most notably, King George V of the United Kingdom and Emperor Nicholas II of Russia. Untranslated manuscript DS in German, signed “Wilhelm R,” one page, 8.25 x 10.5, November 24, 1897. In fine condition, with scattered light foxing. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
