President Monroe grants Gary McClelland of Franklin County, Ohio, a tract of landing "containing one hundred and fifty two and fifty eight hundredths of an acre of the unappropriated lands in the Milit'y dist't of the Lands to be sold at Chillicothe." Signed at the conclusion by Monroe, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. White paper seal remains affixed to the lower left. Matted and framed to an overall size of 22 x 18.25. In fine condition.
