Vintage glossy 8 x 10 head-and-shoulders photo of de Forest, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "Sincere good wishes to the U.S.O. Club of Starke, Fla and Marius Risley, Lee de Forest." Also signed on the reverse in fountain pen, "Lee de Forest, 8190 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles Cal." In very good condition, with scattered creasing and a short tear to the left edge.
