Document submitted to King George V by Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald, in full: "Mr. MacDonald, with his humble duty to the King, respectfully submits for Your Majesty's most gracious approval, that the Honour of Knighthood be conferred upon Cyril Atkinson Esquire, K.C., in virtue of his appointment to be a Justice of the High Court of Justice, King's Bench Division, pursuant to an Address from both Houses of Parliament." Approved at the head by King George V, and signed at the conclusion by Prime Minister MacDonald. In fine condition, with a file hole to the upper left.
