ALS signed “Jim Irwin, Apollo 15,” one page, 8.25 x 11, High Flight Foundation letterhead, March 10, 1988. Letter to Adrian, in full: "I am happy to send you my autograph as well as my very best wishes for your life in Him! I did know Gus Grissom but unfortunately he was killed shortly after I joined the astronaut program. I have fond memories of my visit to the moon. I believe God allowed me to go there so I might come back to the earth to share the Son! He brings new vision and new life." Irwin adds a small crescent moon to his signature and writes a postscript on the reverse: "I was in England early February. Had a meeting with Sir Cyril Black and then to Manchester and Belfast. I think I shall be back in England during October, Lord willing!" In fine condition.
