Agreement between MGM and songwriters Al Jolson, Herman Ruby, Harry Akst, and Bert Kalmar, in part: "Concurrently herewith we are entering into an agreement with you under the provisions of which we are obtaining certain rights in the song entitled 'The Kid That I've Never Seen' written by you." By this document, the songwriters agree to aid in making changes to the music or lyrics without compensation. Signed at the conclusion by all four songwriters, as well as MGM's assistant treasurer.
