Keough "to be Lieutenant to that Company…in our Eighty sixth (or the Royal County Dover) Regiment of Foot commanded by our Right Trusty & Right Welbeloved Cousin General The Earl of Kilmorey." Signed in the upper left by King William and countersigned at the conclusion by Melbourne. The paper seal affixed to the upper left remains fully intact. In fine condition, with light overall wrinkling.
