Butler Wright, with kind regards of, Herbert Hoover.” Matted to an overall size of 15.75 x 19. In fine condition. Wright was a United States diplomat who served as the twentieth and last Third Assistant Secretary of State. President Hoover appointed Wright as Envoy to Uruguay in 1930.
