Color glossy 20 x 16 composite photo of the STS-62 crew and various images from their 13-day mission, featuring a flown embroidered mission patch affixed to lower right, with the photo signed in black felt tip by John Casper, Andrew Allen, Pierre Thuot, Charles 'Sam' Gemar, and Marsha Ivins, and an inscription in the upper border in silver ink: "To Nancy, With our thanks for the home-away-from-home!, STS-62." The photo bears an affixed caption in the lower border, which reads: "This crew patch was flown aboard the Space Shuttle, Columbia, STS-62, which included the USMP-2 and OAST-2 scientific payloads, March 4-18, 1994."
