Agreement between the Southern Music Publishing Company and an ownership group that includes Orson Welles, in which the latter "quitclaims…its right, title and interest in and to" numerous musical compositions "written by Bronislau Kaper heretofore recorded in the released version of the photoplay entitled 'The Stranger.'" Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Welles, as well as five other owners. Includes a two-page supplement listing the musical compositions and signed in black ink by Kaper. In fine condition.
