Document headed "Consent to action of directors of Solar Productions, Inc., taken without a meeting," by which Steve McQueen, William J. Maher, Edward Rubin, and Gerald E. Breslauer are named as the company's officers. Signed at the conclusion by all four. In fine condition. The 1968 classic Bullitt was the first film made by McQueen's Solar Productions, and the company funded the classic motorcycle documentary On Any Sunday in 1971.
