Ryan and Air Force Flight Test Center Commander Robert White. Certificate is housed in its original presentation folder and is accompanied by a TLS from White to Aldrin, dated February 29, 1972, in part: "Your retirement…concludes an outstanding military career of more than 20 years of loyal and dedicated service…The loyal and conscientious service you have rendered will remain as an inspiration for others to follow." In fine condition.
