Grayson, Rear Admiral, M.C. U.S.N.," "Edward McCauley, Jr., Captain, U.S. Navy," "Albert Gleaves, Vice Admiral, USN, 19 April 1919," and "[Jules J.] Jusserand, French Ambassador." In very good to fine condition, with three repaired tears to the top border. An exceptional piece associated with the close of World War I.
