Handsome royal pardon by which Edward Fullerton, who had been "convicted of parking in a restricted street during the prescribed hours," is forgiven of the fine of four pounds. Signed at the top by The Queen Mother and Princess Margaret on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The embossed red seal affixed to the upper left remains fully intact. In fine condition.
