Exceptional pairing of official portraits: a matte-finish 6.75 x 9.5 portrait of Queen Elizabeth affixed to its original 8 x 11 mount, signed on the mount in fountain pen, "Elizabeth R, 1959"; and a matte-finish 6.75 x 9.5 portrait of Prince Philip affixed to its original 8 x 11 mount, signed on the mount in fountain pen, "Philip, 1959." Both are displayed in their blue leather 10 x 14 presentation frames by H. H. Plante, London, each gilt stamped at the top with their royal crest. In overall fine condition, with mild uniform toning and each signature a shade or two light.
