Fountain pen signature, "Franklin D. Roosevelt," on an off-white State of New York, Executive Mansion, Albany card. Double-matted and framed with a portrait of FDR to an overall size of 12 .25 x 18.25. In fine condition with a couple of areas of light soiling to the card, not touching the clear, bold signature. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope for the autograph, postmarked Albany, NY, February 25, 1930.
