American journalist (1908-1965) best known for his wartime broadcasts from London and his widely respected CBS television news shows See It Now and Person to Person. TLS signed “Ed Murrow,” one page, 7.25 x 10.5, Columbia Broadcasting System letterhead, August 22, 1946. Letter to Donald S. Cory, in part: "I am sending you a photograph with this letter and it flatters me to know that it will have a place in your collection." In fine condition.
