I would like you to explain to me IN WRITTING [sic] where I stand on the following matters; Hyman Simon vs. Jones, E. Grossman vs. Jones, Cone vs. Jones and any other litigation which you are presently handling for me. Additionally, I would like copies of all papers, files and records pertaining to myself or any of my business or legal affairs which you now have in your possession and control. I know that this may be a burdensome task but I am in rather bad financial shape so I thought I would try to arrange some of my affairs that do not require litigation until I am able to afford legal fees."
