ALS, two pages, 5.25 x 8, Bangs Stetson Tracy & MacVeagh law firm letterhead, November 18, 1890. Letter to "George C. Dary Esq., Attorney at Law," in part: "I am glad to hear that the title to Tudor House is so near correct. I received some time ago…the policy on the buildings…I am not sure whether all has been done which is necessary to the transfer of the personal property, or not. Was there not a sufficient transfer in the deed of the real estate?" In fine condition, with old mounting remnants along the edges.
