Signed at the conclusion by Kennedy, and countersigned by Secretary of Commerce Luther H. Hodges. Brilliant silver Department of Commerce seal with purple ribbon remains fully affixed to lower left. Framed and in fine condition. An unusual presidential commission and the first such Kennedy-signed 'commerce' appointment we have ever offered.
