Description

Soviet politician, jurist, and diplomat (1883-1954) known as a state prosecutor in Joseph Stalin's Moscow trials and in the Nuremberg trials. DS, in Cyrillic, signed “in red pencil,” one page, 8 x 5.75, February 27, 1940. Untranslated document discussing the disbursement of Russian funds by Soviet vessels while in foreign ports, signed by Vyshinsky as deputy chairman of the Economical Council of the Council of People's Commissars. In fine condition, with filing holes to the left edge.
