Uncommon vintage Stars souvenir folio for Johnny Cash, 8.5 x 11, six pages, signed on the front cover in blue ballpoint, "Love, Johnny Cash" and "Yours, Jerry Lee Lewis." Front cover and inside of folio is signed by several others. Collector's ink notation to the upper left indicates that the signatures were obtained on March 26, 1957. In fine condition.
