Partly-printed vellum DS, signed “P. Henry,” one page, 16.5 x 14.75, January 19, 1786. As governor of Virginia, Henry grants William Churchill Jones "a certain Tract or Parcel of Land, containing Three Hundred acres…being in the County of Lincoln." Signed at the conclusion by Henry. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good condition, with scattered toning, foxing, and one small hole at an upper intersection of folds; Henry's signature is on the light side, but fully legible.
