Description

ALS as governor, one page, lightly-lined, 8 x 6.25, January 16, 1968. Draft letter to Bertha Glasscock, in full: ?I've just had word from Al Crandall and so discovered your where abouts. I was happy to learn of your pleasant life in Texas and it was good to reminisce about those Des Moines days. I wish you the very best & who knows maybe some day Texas-Calif. business will make it possible for our paths to cross.? Governor Reagan's secretary, Cathy Davis, penned the date above Reagan's letter, as well as drew a diagonal line in red ink across the text, indicating she had typed it for his signature. In fine condition.
