Third-person ALS, one page both sides, 4.5 x 7, no date. In full: "The Duke of Wellington presents his Compliments to Mr. Barrett and begs leave to inform him that he has received very many letters from the same person, of whom he knows nothing; and he has never seen her, the Duke has every reason to believe her to be insane. He returns the letter." Reverse bears ownership pencil notations. In fine condition, with small pieces of tape to the upper and lower left corners.
