It was a joy to see you." In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, addressed in his own hand. Brought to Washington as part of FDR's New Deal brain-trust, Benjamin Cohen was Frankfurter's protégé and an architect of New Deal legislation as well as the American lend-lease policy during World War II.
