Queen Victoria appoints Begla Begi Mir Mahmud Khan "to be a Knight Grand Commander of Our Most Eminent Order of the Indian Empire." Embossed white seal remains affixed to left side of first page. In fine condition, with ribbon-related tear and toning to the left side (the ribbon no longer present). Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
