Contract between Cherokee Productions and Sidney Poitier in which the latter agrees “to render his services in the role of ‘Toller’ in connection with the picture tentatively entitled ‘29 to Duell.’” Signed on the last page in blue ballpoint by Poitier. In fine condition, with slight areas of paper loss along the edges. The film was later renamed Duel at Diablo, and costarred James Garner and Bibi Andersson. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
