A flown .5 x 1 swatch of Kapton foil removed from the Apollo 12 Command Module Yankee Clipper’s thermal protection subsystem. The foil is housed in a small plastic pouch affixed to an 8.5 x 11 presentation sheet signed by NASA Recovery Team member Dick Williamson, in part: “I do hereby certify that I personally removed this piece of foil from Yankee Clipper when the spacecraft was brought on board the recovery ship U.S.S. Hornet.” Sheet is affixed to a same-size piece of cardstock. In fine condition. Pre-certified Zarelli Space Authentication.
