The devotion to duty and outstanding performance of Colonel Madatian merit the highest praise and reflect great credit upon his country.” Signed at the conclusion by President Truman. Also includes the aforesaid Legion of Merit certificate, dated May 22, 1946, assigned to Colonel Madatian of the Red Army, signed below by Secretary of War Robert P. Patterson. In fine condition.
