Forbush as a “Lieutenant Colonel of Cavalry.” Crisply signed at the conclusion by McKinley and countersigned by Secretary of War Elihu Root. Retains the blue seal affixed to the lower left. Matted and framed to an overall size of 19 x 23. In very good to fine condition, with moderate overall rippling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
