In fine condition, with scattered foxing to the mat. White served as the Architect of the Capitol for nearly twenty-five years, and oversaw the construction of the Library of Congress James Madison Memorial Building, the Hart Senate Office Building, and the restoration of the old Supreme Court and Senate chambers.
