Irell, in which Cohn "does hereby grant, transfer and assign to the Trustees...the property set forth in Schedule 'A.'" Signed at the conclusion of page eleven in blue fountain pen by Cohn as the trustor, and countersigned on the final page by Silberberg and Irell as the trustees. Included is an additional two-page rider featuring a notarized statement for all three signers, and the contents of "Schedule 'A,'" which lists 6,200 shares of Columbia Pictures Corp. common stock. In fine condition, with a crease through end of signature.
