Uncommon AQS on a 7 x 10.5 sheet of personal letterhead, signed at the conclusion. Coolidge pens an excerpt from his commencement address given at George Washington University on February 22, 1929. In full: “As we study the statesmanship of Washington, as we see it demonstrated in our domestic and foreign experience, he becomes a larger and larger figure…The reverence for his memory continues to increase with the increasing years.” In fine condition.
