American steel magnate (1862–1939) whose Bethlehem Steel became the second largest steel maker in the United States, and one of the most important heavy manufacturers in the world. Two items: a matte-finish 6.75 x 7.75 full-length photo of Schwab, signed in the lower border in black ink, “Sincerely yours, C. M. Schwab”; and an ink signature, “Sincerely, C. M. Schwab, Mar 20th, 1937,” on an off-white 5.5 x 7 sheet. In overall very good to fine condition, with silvering to darker areas of the photo. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
