Westcott as “Postmaster at Lacon in the County of Marshall, State of Illinois.” Signed at the conclusion by President Cleveland and countersigned by Assistant Postmaster General Frank Jones. The seal and ribbon affixed to the lower left remain intact. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, moderate overall foxing, and staining and toning primarily to edges and corners.
