Rawlings of Virginia as “a member of the National Agricultural Advisory Commission for a term ending December 31, 1962.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by Kennedy and countersigned by Secretary of Agriculture Orville L. Freeman. In very good condition, with light irregular overall staining, and a short repaired tear to lower border. The attractive gold foil seal is fully intact, and Kennedy’s signature is extremely bold. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
