Rathbone consents to the use of his name in a Marx Brothers film “tentatively entitled ‘Step This Way.’” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Rathbone, and countersigned by a Paramount Pictures representative. In fine condition. The title Step This Way was later changed to The Big Store, and was released on June 20, 1941. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
